The Pfizer Dunkettle site compromises over 31,800m2 of facilities on 50 acres.

The main assets are the API manufacturing facilities which are divided between three production areas (Op 4, Op 5 and Op 6) with varying levels of volume capacity and containment facilities. Vessels are inerted with nitrogen, and solvents and waste are provided through the two above ground tank farms located in the North (serving Op 6) and South (serving Op 4 and Op 5) of the site.

The site is a modern, flexible high containment API and intermediate manufacturing plant with large variability in terms of scale and capacity. The following diagram illustrates the level of containment capabilities across the 14 different equipment trains at varying batch size capacities:
